The HQ Coaching Centre deliver a range of different Athletics services to young people of all ages and abilities.

HQ Athletics team of coaches are qualified upto UKA Level 2 License. The delivery of athletics to younger aged children is all through the Quad Kids initiative. This enables youngsters to use four elements of athletics within a short amount of time and allows them to work individually and as part of a team.

HQ Coaching are now working in partnership with Wirral Athletics Sports Programme and Liverpool Athletics Sports Programme. These clubs deliver Athletics in areas that have not received athletics coaching before or are out of reach of other athletics club within their town.
