Who We Teach: Our dance teachers deliver High Quality dance lessons to children of all abilities, ages and levels.

What We Deliver: The HQ Dance Centre is an extremely busy department with many different styles of Dance being delivered at primary and secondary schools and at the HQ Dance Academy. Our Dancing team deliver the Dance curriculum for schools PPA cover as our Dance workers have the skills to deliver many different styles of dance. The most popular style of dance is streetdance, this style is running at After School Clubs all year round and at our Weekly Streetdance Academies.

What is Streetdance?: Street dance takes any form of popular music – from pop to hip hop – and choreographs routines to the beats. We have seen that, only too often, the most successful pop acts have made it big by combining Street dance routines with their tunes and lyrics.
Hip Hop dancing also has a huge following and can combine some of the easier break dancing moves with high energy jazz and street dance. Its growing popularity also stems from pop culture, where stars can be seen performing energetic hip hop choreography in their pop videos.

After School Clubs - Our after school dance sessions attract many schools across the north west and as a result is delivered to thousands of children each year.  The weekly sessions are held all year round and are popular with both boys and girls of all ages. Children learn various steps, skills, and dance routines each week to build up to a performance, usually watched by their parents on the final week of the course. Each child receives a certificate recognising their efforts and skills as a reminder of the achievement they made.

Holiday Workshops - Due to the high demand from schools for streetdance, it was only natural that we run streetdance holiday workshops throughout the year.  Usually lasting 4-5 days and open to children from all schools, this is a great way for children to make new friends and learn new dance routines. Each child receives a certificate recognising their efforts and skills as a reminder of the achievement they made.Our next streetdance holiday clubs will take place in the October half term.Keep checking our website to see what's on in your area. Dance Academies - These academies have proven to be very successful in various area of the North West. They run during term time and are a great way to learn new dance routines and make new friends. Find out when courses are starting near you.

Dance Birthday Parties -  Why not let The HQ Coaching Centre help deliver your child’s Birthday Party. Birthday Parties can be held any day of the week at a venue suitable for you.
