Injury Rehabilitation –
Struggling to get back to your old self after suffering an injury? There are some exercises that can be used specifically to assist an individual’s rehabilitation, whether it is back, knee, hip or shoulder there are some deeper muscles that need to be worked on aswell as the dominant ones.

It is also proven that core training will actually reduce lower back pain and help correct posture, as well as improving a person’s overall strength and power.

Well there are a number of advanced overload techniques that can help with this, and combined with the correct diet and positive mental attitude you can be sure you will break through that plateau in no time.
Dietary and Lifestyle analysis and advice –
We can help you decide on which foods you should and should not be eating if you are trying to reach a certain goal, suggest certain foods that have been proven in areas of weight loss or muscle gain. However we are not qualified dieticians so cannot allow for any special food needs such as allergies or conditions etc. We can also look at your current lifestyle and make suggestions in areas that may be affecting you current training and goals, and again try and improve.
Improve flexibility and/or balance –
Varieties of assisted stretches that can help improve flexibility and reduce the risk of injury. Specific exercises that can be used to better your balance.
Health Assessment –
If improved fitness or performance is your goal then before any training with us begins we will put you through some recognised fitness tests for an accurate measure of current fitness, then after your training with us has come to an end we can put you through those same tests so you can see for yourself the improvements you have made!
Mobile fitness suite –
Don’t feel comfortable training in a gym environment or just currently not a member? Then we can bring the gym to you. With our portable equipment that can fit conveniently in your home or even back garden it is still possible to have the same, if not better quality workout!
Online support – FREE –
Upon registration and participation in any of our classes or training you will receive free online support to answer any of your questions or worries you may have about any exercises or diet plans etc. that may be causing you problems or concern.
