Fitness For Over 60's

Here at HQ we’re aware that getting older makes it difficult to keep fit. Obviously as time goes by there are certain changes to the body that everyone goes through; decreased muscular strength, decreased cardiovascular fitness, decreased recovery time, etc. Not to mention conditions that may develop in later life such as arthritis, high blood pressure, strokes.

We are here to help with these problems. Through proper training and advice there is always a way of helping to put these problems into remission, improve ranges of movement and increase overall health and well being at the same time.
