HQ Bootcamp Ladies Only

HQ Bootcamp for ladies is a weekly group exercise session, but with two main differences! The first difference is that it is held outdoors, in nature’s great gym and the second (and most important difference) is that it is packed full of FUN!

Each session is an hour long and takes place in all weather* so make sure you come prepared.  Sessions are specifically designed for women to maximise their time training, by targeting those ‘problem’ areas.  That’s right ladies, say adios to those dreaded ‘Bingo Wings and say hola’ to your beautiful bikini body!  

A ladies only session not only ensures you are doing ‘female friendly’ exercises, but it also gives us ladies the opportunity to chat and gossip to our hearts’ content!

Becoming part of the HQ Bootcamp will give you the chance to see amazing results including weight loss, inch loss, increased fitness, tone and strength, as well as improving your posture and confidence… and most importantly – having a good laugh at the same time!

Sessions are designed around natural surroundings such as hills, pathways, steps and benches to incorporate a variety of exercises, including jogging, squats, lunges, non-contact boxing, core strengthening and fun games.  ALL shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels are catered for, and each exercise can be adapted to suit your individual needs.  You will be encouraged by the instructor and your fellow boot campers to push yourself to the best of your ability.  But don’t worry, you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do and you won’t be competing against anyone else – the main aim is FUN remember!

There is an extra benefit too – You may know that exercise is good for you mentally as well as physically, but did you know that being outdoors has also been proven to help with mental well-being and can help towards alleviating symptoms of depression. Imagine how good you could feel exercising outdoors on a regular basis!

So if you are a bored of the treadmill get yourself down to HQ Bootcamp and try something NEW.  You are sure to have some FUN while getting great results.  Sessions are designed to fit in with work and family commitments, so they have a flexible pricing structure and are held at different locations and times throughout the week.  Simply choose which sessions suit you. Your first session is FREE so make the most of it and see the difference.
