This fantastic opportunity will help increase the skills, confidence and employability of those who participate. It is an exciting stepping stone that can help move individuals along the path back to work.
The programme targets learners that are 16+yrs not in employment, education or training and economically inactive. The programme also invites members of the BME Community and ex offenders the opportunity to get involved with this interesting programme. The course runs over 58hrs (delivered in a variety of formats) with 10 hours spent in volunteer placements.
All our learners on the Right Track programme will be taught in a fully supportive, friendly environment. They will have a Right Track Advisor as their first point of contact for any concerns or issues that could potentially act as a barrier for them during their learning. Lunch is provided for learners each week that promotes the healthy lifestyle message attached to the programme.
The programme will take on 12 candidates per area and work with them closely each week. Right Track is about helping people to realise their potential and set realistic targets for life development.
